Star Wars villains be like: a dark lord of an ancient cult who manipulates to get power, a broken man fueled by anger take advantage of because he has nothing left, an political idealist fallen astray with his old friends whom also partakes in a galactic conspiracy to end the corruption of the republic. then there's grievous who (since legends was decanonized) is just a menace who doesn't really seem to have anything to gain except fulfill his blood lust. Like dude seems to have zero beef with the night sisters yet treats genociding them like a kid going to the park.

Didn't even notice that the ending of across the spiderverse (Minor spoiler) is the same as when Miles was asking the other Peter to teach him in the dead Peter's stead.

The 'more important' point is a lot more relevant when you have the full 'a young senator from Massachusetts trying to make a name for himself' bit. Because Stauss honestly didn't matter politically, or he wouldn't if JFK hadn't needed to make a massive point to get his name on the map. Strauss didn't matter- even if his arguments about Oppenheimer were taken in a generous light, the thing that mattered was that JFK sided with the underdog, because politics is only reality once you've slapped a label on it.

After Tales of the Jedi Dooku became one of my favorite Star Wars characters (sorry Ashoka) all because he had moral depth, his fall was far more believable and well written than Anakin's... plus he is the only Jedi I've seen say about the Jedi "we serve the people" rather than "the Senate".

Godzilla was 200% done in this movie was straight ready to fight and kill everyone, you gotta remember before kong popped up he was straight ready to fight scar king, shimu and his entire army solo heck if mothra hadn't slapped some sense into him he'd have turned kong into a smear in the sand, he had absolute no chill in this one and I love it and to be frank I legit believe kong didn't even need to be there

I love ventress but I honestly hope he is revived as his original self and finds a peaceful life . Ventress rarely shows glimpses of guilt but even with all her growth I want her to face the fact that in her quest for revenge she did the same thing to another person that was done to her . Enslaved, made a monster , then discarded when he didn't succeed . His life ever since he met her was one person using him after the next to the point that even after sidious said "there is no mercy " he in advertently had given a man a great mercy . Someone who suffered under the manipulation and power of a darksider Sideous's knew could one day overthrow him.
